• We don't guarentee anything. The site may go down for hours, weeks or more.
• There are no guarentees -- and you can't and won't hold us or anyone associated with us in any way responsible for anything

• Trademarks are owned by their owners -- and we own the copyright to this site
• We may change this agreement, or just terminate it and close your account. You can close and terminate the agreement as well

Acceptance of terms

By registering, and otherwise using the site, the user (you) are subject to the following terms, conditions and usage restrictions. qrsevlo, Inc. reserves to change these terms at any time. The most current publicly published version of the terms is found through the qrsevlo, Inc's Afterlife Post (referred to as "afterlife post", "Afterlife Post" and similar in the terms) website.

This agreement lists the applicable uses of the Afterlife Post website and services, including but not limited to supplemental terms and conditions that may exist. All users, and visitors (other than first-time viewers for the purpose of accessing these terms) are bound to follow the terms set forth within this document. All users agree to comply with all the terms and conditions within this document, and users agree that they are completely responsible for all activity done through their account. Furthermore, all users are responsible for maintaining their account, keeping their own password safe, and otherwise making sure that their account doesn't violate these terms at any time.

Afterlife Post shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect, feature, or service of Afterlife Post at any time, including, but not limited to, any requirements for proving a person's death, content, hours of availability, or equipment required to access the services.

Access to the website

The user is completely responsible for all services requiring them access to our website itself (users must pay for their own computer, internet service provider, hardware, software, and any other devices, services, etc that may be required to access the website).

Afterlife Post makes no guarantees to the availability of our services, nor to the duration of such services as they may exist as time goes on.

User Conduct

Users shall use Afterlife Post for lawful purposes only. Users shall not store, post, transmit, mail, phone in, or otherwise communicate in any way anything through Afterlife Post that violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invades privacy, infringes rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, or just otherwise illegal or objectionable which could result in a criminal offense.

Afterlife Post contains copyrighted material, as such all images, text, music, sound, videos, and content used by Afterlife Post are copyrighted as a collective work under the copyright laws of the United States. No users are allowed to copy, use, distribute, or otherwise claim our information as their own.

Users of Afterlife Post should not post anything that is copyrighted by someone other than themselves without the other person's consent. Any information found on our websites claimed to be posted without another's consent will be removed. This doesn't, for the most part, apply to any services as all information is handed directly to people once the user dies, and isn't directly accessible through the web.

Member Accounts

For any services requiring an account, the users must complete the registration process by providing true and accurate information. Likewise, all information should be maintained and kept up-to-date at all times. In the event of unauthorized access being reported or observed, the account may be locked until the person can prove they are who they say they are.

Software

Any software provided for use on Afterlife Post's website is copyright by qrsevlo, Inc (possibly through "Quantum Rift Software"), and usage of the software binds people to the agreements of the specific software terms and conditions (qrsevlo, Inc distributes software under the GPLv3 for all new releases).

IN NO EVENT SHALL AFTERLIFE POST AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, PROFITS, OR ANYTHING ELSE WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTS, PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR INFORMATION AVAILABLE FROM THE SERVICES.

1. USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF AFTERLIFE POST IS AT THEIR OWN SOLE RISK, NO ONE OTHER THAN THE PERSON USING THE SERVICES IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, AND THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF ANY TIME REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY, UPTIME, OR ANYTHING ELSE RELATING TO THE SERVICES

AFTERLIFE POST IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION , RESTRICTION, OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.

THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY OF OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LIN FAILURE, THEFT, DESTRUCTION, ROBBERY, FIRE, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, ALTERATION OF OR USE OF RECORDS WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY CAUSE OF ACTION. USER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT AFTERLIFE POST IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY RESTS SOLELY WITH THE USER.

Monitoring

Employees of Afterlife Post may monitor information and content posted to Afterlife post to determine whether any users are violating the terms of use. Monitoring and release of information may also be done to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized governmental request. Afterlife Post shall have the right to modify, edit, or remove any information provided to us.

Indemnification

User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Afterlife Post, it's affiliates, and their respective directors, officers presidents, employees, agenst, shareholders from all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees arising out of the use of Afterlife Post by users or users' accounts.

Termination

Afterlife Post or the user may at any time terminate this agreement. Upon agreement termination, Afterlife Post shall have the right to immediately terminate the user's account. This may be done in the event of inappropriate action or breach of this agreement.
