Info we collect automatically

Your IP address may be collected and used for a temporary period for security reasons, and may be stored into a database for security purposes as well. Any other information we collect and store is provided by our members for the purpose of being collected and stored.

Info you provide us

Any information you provide us is stored until the account is closed, death occurs, or other such time when the company services cease to be. If an account is closed by you or us (and not because of company service termination) information is archived for at least one month after account closing so you may retrieve any information you may want. Accounts closed due to death will have information archived for at least one year after the date we're notified of the account holder's death.

Cookies are used for login related purposes.

Contact Info

We will store your contact information on our site the same as with "Info you provide us" (as it's the same thing); however any billing-based information such as credit cards numbers, etc, are disposed of if provided to use as soon as they're processed. For all processing done by third-party sites (such as Pay-Pal), their privacy policy would apply. Addresses for billing that we receive are kept only if you provide them to us directly in your contact information form (i.e. if your billing address is different than your mailing address, your billing info will be discarded; if they're the same, they'll be retained as in "Info you provide us".
